Can I upgrade my pass later?
Yes, you can upgrade your pass by paying the price difference at any time before the event starts.
Are there group discounts?
We offer a 15% discount for groups of 5 or more. Please contact our sales team for more information.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the standard registration pass price, but you can purchase dedicated Accommodation packages.
